Our goal is to have the most accurate description of our items possible. However, aspect of the items (tufts colors/shapes/sizes) can slightly vary from those shown in your screen.

CONTENT AND PRESENTATION OF THE ITEMS (RETAILERS ONLY)

Retailers are not authorized to alter, amend, cover or remove any labelling or packaging of the Products as well as alter the Products themselves.

 

INVOICES

Our online store does not generate invoices automatically when you make a purchase.

(Please note that the delivery slip is not an Invoice)

Please state your order reference (ex: INPKWUJNQ) and your billing address.

Your invoice will be sent to you via email.

You can request invoice during the month of the purchase, otherwise a “standard client” Tax invoice is generated.

 

RETURNS

If you have received products that are faulty or damaged, contact us when they arrive.

We would be happy to provide a cost-free reship of the item or refund you if you prefer.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We list in our web store the delivery times that our courier service provides to us.

They serve as a guideline and we cannot ensure the accuracy of those times as they do not depend on us.

If you order from outside European union, any customs charges applied to your items are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will always include a customs office declaration in the package.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you can do so by sending us an email at [email protected]

However, once your order goes to “processing in progress” state it is not possible to cancel your order anymore.

GamersGrass Lda reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason and issue a refund or full refund if applicable.
